## About this lesson

Details to join the meeting are in the Discord. If you don't have access please email brian@refactorcoaching.com and we'll get it sorted out.

This course format is designed (with the help of multiple L&D experts) to help you push back against the temptation to not finish the typical online course. That's why we have the Discord, homework, and weekly group sessions to discuss progress. There is about an hour of video content per week, and most videos are around 6 to 10 mins.
